The Camber Workplace Anti-Racism Action Agenda is an action-oriented  framework for combating systemic racism by creating and sustaining inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplaces.

The Workplace Anti-Racism Agenda – centered in our framework of LEARN + ACT + CHANGE – provides the Outdoor Recreation Economy with a framework for achieving meaningful and lasting workplace change by addressing racism, bias, and brutality that confront Black and other underrepresented communities.
