Webinar Replay: Understanding Nonprofit Funding Through COVID-19 and Beyond

Posted On April 27, 2020

In support of nonprofit members, Camber Outdoors gathered leading funders, Alex DeGolia, Anupama Joshi and Alex DeGolia to share best practices and insights for nonprofits navigating the current funding landscape amidst COVID-19.

In this webinar, part of the Camber Outdoors “COVID-19 and Beyond” series, we hear from Alex DeGolia (DeputyDirector, Catena Foundation), Anupama Joshi (Executive Director, Blue Sky Funders), and Matt Zwiebel (Executive Director, Pledge 1% Colorado). These engaging leaders put the spotlight on support for nonprofits by developing an understanding of funding and managing relationships with funders during these challenging economic times.

Our panelists answer the following questions and candidly share their experiences.

  1. How are you focusing your funding during this time?
  2. Are there any new processes or operational changes you are seeing?
  3. What is your advice for nonprofits about how to best engage with your funders at his time (“Do’s and Don’ts”)?
  4. How are funders adapting their funding to be responsive to current grantees?
  5. What recommendations do you have for how nonprofits should be preparing for the anticipated scale-up once the economy has restarted? Are there steps that they should be taking now that will position them well from a funder perspective?

Feel free to share it, along with the full webinar, with your colleagues.
