Thank you for your interest in partnering with Camber. Camber is proud to partner with small businesses that align with our mission of accelerating workplace equity in the outdoor recreation economy.

During these economic times, the Industry Transformational Leaders sponsor memberships for small businesses to continue to thrive and drive innovation in the outdoor recreation economy. This allows growing businesses to build their workplace DEI capabilities at the start of their business.

To participate as a small business partner, your organization meets the following criteria:

  • Business must be situated in the outdoor recreation economy
  • North American revenue must be less than $500,000

To participate as a sponsored small business partner in 2021, your organization commits to:

  • Importing your employee roster for immediate activation of your organization’s team members
  • Activating your employees with content to enable inclusive, equitable and diverse workplaces at scale
  • Creating manual position postings on the Camber job board, up to 30 postings/year
  • Committing to share through social channels and newsletters, 3 workplace DEI messages from Camber during 2021

Small Business Partnership benefits include:

  • Activation for 100% of employees
  • Access to Camber’s Programs, tools and resources, including our signature Building Blocks of DEI and Diverse Talent Pipeline Sprint.
  • Opportunity for employees to apply for the Professional Mentoring Program
  • Access to Camber’s Job Board
  • Opportunity to participate in annual benchmarking Workplace and Employee Surveys in collaboration with Claremont Evaluation Center
