Employee Engagement Drives Workplace DEI. Here’s How…

Join the Camber Partner & Employee Activation Drive

When looking at the bigger workplace DEI picture, inclusive cultures contribute to your business’ overall success. To create an inclusive company culture at work requires additional investment beyond recruiting diverse talent. If your employees have to mask their authentic selves at work because they feel unseen or unsafe, this can impact retention, engagement and overall productivity levels.

Providing DEI education and resources to your teams can help drive home the importance of inclusive leadership. This provides leaders with the necessary tools to leverage different skill sets across their team. Encouraging all employees to engage with DEI tools and resources will send a clear message regarding your business’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity in the workplace. It will also ensure that all employees understand how their actions can help in creating an inclusive workplace.

With your Camber partnership you have the opportunity to provide DEI tools and resources and engage all of your employees in building workplaces that work for all. Here’s how employees can activate their memberships today.

And if you do,your employees that activate and engage in our resources could be entered in a giveaway to receive a four-day trip for two on the Green River through the Gates of Lodore in Dinosaur National Monument (valued at  $1249/person).

How to participate:

    • Make sure you’ve activated with your organization’s Camber membership HERE.
    • Your company liaison can activate all of your employees by importing your employee list HERE.
